She had low blood pressure so the hospital held her blood pressure pill for one night...after she was ok. This place is a dive...the nurse/aids gather in their room while there are lights going off everywhere.. I don't care if your a nurse get off your butt and help your patients..

Was so professional and fantastic with us and with mom. We talked for a while and I met with the director and the staff. We chose Pacifica Senior Living because of the convenient location and also we were impressed by the overall facility and the friendliness of the staff members. They have had a lot of staffing shortages because of covid so that did affect the food service some.

Klamath Falls is a fairy small town and you would think the care would be excellent but this is not the case in this facility. The elderly who are placed here are constantly lonely and being ignored and this poses a problem to their health and the health of those around them, especially when someone in an infecious room is being ignored. We chose Rogue River Place because it is a smaller facility so it is less overwhelming for my mom. I also feel like she gets more personalized care and she has an easier time getting around. Residents have a lot of opportunity to get out of their rooms and get out and about whether they want to or not.
