My mother recently had knee surgery...The first night there she didn't even get a sheet on her bed. They left her in her wheel chair for over an hour and a half before she received help. She had low blood pressure so the hospital held her blood pressure pill for one night...after she was ok. This place is a dive...the nurse/aids gather in their room while there are lights going off everywhere.. I don't care if your a nurse get off your butt and help your patients..

Was so professional and fantastic with us and with mom. We talked for a while and I met with the director and the staff. We chose Pacifica Senior Living because of the convenient location and also we were impressed by the overall facility and the friendliness of the staff members. They have had a lot of staffing shortages because of covid so that did affect the food service some.
